The Negotiator has announced the finalists for “The Negotiator Customer Service Awards 2024 powered by View Agents,” recognising the highest-rated estate agents in the UK based on customer reviews. View Agents assesses the reach and inclusion of virtually the entire market of UK estate and letting agents, using reviews from platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, Feefo, Facebook, Apple, and Yell. While Google dominates the review space with over half of all reviews, View Agents benchmarks reviews across these platforms to give a balanced and accurate view of an agent’s reputation.
The overall reputation score is based on a variety of factors, including:
